Visit our website (analytics data — see Section 5; advertising data only if you accept the Meta Pixel — see Section 6)

We do not use your personal information for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell your personal information, and what you enter in our contact form is not sent to Meta or other advertising platforms. If you accept the Meta Pixel, Meta receives the data described in Section 6 and may use it under its own terms. Apart from that, we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Enquiry data submitted via our contact form is transmitted securely and stored in our booking management system. We retain booking-related information for a period necessary for our operational and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

5. Website Analytics

Our website uses Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site, including page views, scroll behaviour, and session recordings. This data does not identify you personally and is used only to improve the website experience. You can opt out of Clarity tracking via your browser's privacy settings or by using an ad blocker.

We also use Google Analytics to understand visits to the site, including pages viewed and when someone clicks a WhatsApp, email or phone link or sends our contact form. For the form, it receives the activity and group size you chose, but not your name, contact details or message. Google handles this data under its own Privacy Policy, and you can opt out with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

Advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel is separate and is described in Section 6; the choice described there does not change the analytics described here.

6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our website uses analytics cookies, including those set by Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. These are not controlled by the cookie banner. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta Platforms, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to help show our ads to people who may be interested in them.

Your choice: the Meta Pixel does not load until you select Accept in the cookie banner. If you select Decline or make no choice, it is not loaded. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
What Meta receives if you accept: the full web address of each page you visit on this site, including any parameters in the link; the address of the page you came from, such as the previous page on this site; the fact that you clicked a WhatsApp, email or phone link or sent our contact form; basic details about the pages themselves, such as page information, reviews and prices; technical details such as your IP address and browser; and identifiers stored in cookies on this site (_fbp and, if you arrived from a Meta ad, _fbc).
Measurement on your device: from 12 November 2026, if you accept, Meta may also measure conversions from our ads on your device, rather than only on its own servers.
What we do not send to Meta: the name, email address, phone number, message or anything else you type into our contact form.
Changing your mind: select Cookie settings in the footer of any page and choose Decline. We then stop sending events, remove the Meta cookies set on this site, and do not load the Pixel on later pages. This does not affect data already sent to Meta.

Meta handles the data it receives under its own Privacy Policy.

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, and TripAdvisor. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Request deletion of your information (subject to our legal obligations)
Withdraw consent for communications at any time
Withdraw consent for the Meta Pixel at any time, using Cookie settings in the website footer
