By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your group.
Payment is due in full on or before the day of your activity. We accept cash (RMB), WeChat Pay, and Alipay. International credit cards are not currently accepted. Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and is subject to change for future bookings.
In the event of adverse weather, dangerous river levels, or other conditions that our guides assess as unsafe, Yangshuo Wildways reserves the right to cancel or modify any activity. Safety is the overriding priority, and no penalty will be applied for guide-initiated cancellations.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your group are in adequate physical health to participate in the selected activity. You must inform Yangshuo Wildways of any medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that may affect participation before your activity begins.
Yangshuo Wildways reserves the right to exclude any participant from an activity if, in the guide's professional judgment, participation poses a safety risk to that person or to the group.
Minimum age requirements apply to each activity. These are published on our activity pages and confirmed at the time of booking. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany them and must participate in the same activity session. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's conduct and safety during all activities.
All participants must attend and follow the safety briefing provided by the guide at the start of each activity. Failure to follow guide instructions may result in exclusion from the activity without refund. Yangshuo Wildways guides have the authority to make all safety decisions during an activity.
Outdoor adventure activities carry inherent risks. Yangshuo Wildways operates to internationally recognised safety standards and our guides hold WMAI, Rescue 3, and UIAA/CE certifications. However, by participating you acknowledge that risks exist and agree to assume responsibility for those risks.
Yangshuo Wildways will not be liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of nature, participant failure to follow instructions, pre-existing medical conditions, or equipment damage caused by participant negligence.
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain appropriate travel and activity insurance covering outdoor adventure activities before traveling.
Yangshuo Wildways accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings during activities. Participants are responsible for securing their own valuables. We recommend leaving non-essential items at your accommodation.
Yangshuo Wildways may take photographs or video during activities for use in our marketing materials, social media, and website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide before the activity begins.
